Application
To reduce the risk of implosion on vessels which are exposed to a vacuum during both emptying and cleaning regimes. These units can be fitted to any type of tank or pipe work. The hygienic design of these valves allows them to be used in a large number of applications within the food, beverage and process applications.
Principle
Spring-loaded safety valve to prevent the negative pressure vacuum valves are, when the fermentation tank's pressure exceeds negative pressure set pressure value, the tank external pressure (atmospheric pressure) to push open the seal seat, inhaling gas tank pressure supplement.
